Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled service. A No Show or a Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a Non-Refundable fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.

Late Policy

- If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your stylist may not be able to provide the full service for which you are scheduled for. You will still be charged for the total scheduled service. Your stylist is subject to canceling your appointment after 15 minutes as well. 

Refund Policy 

- Refunds are NOT offered on hair services under any circumstance.
